Dear Sepians, This is the last of my postcards as this is the end of postcard month here on Sepia Saturday. This week our theme image shows a group of soldiers from the early twentieth century. Soldiers, sailors, airmen or any military group would fit in with the theme, or any picture postcard would. Dear Sepians, We continue with our postcard month here on Sepia Saturday and this week we are having a bit of a laugh. Most of us are familiar with these types of cartoons - these days you see them all the time on your social media feeds - and back in the early twentieth century they were an integral part of that pre-digital social media craze - the picture postcard. Dear Sepians, Here we are enjoying the delights of the English seaside at Morecambe. Feel that refreshing breeze blowing straight off the Irish Sea rejuvenate your very being. Walk along the promenade and then turn around and walk back again. What could be more fun? Taking part in Sepia Saturday 737 could be more fun.  Dear Sepians, We are having a great time here on holiday. We've been to see that celebrated actress, Violet Vanbrugh who is appearing in a play at the end of the pier.
