This week we find ourselves with bats as our theme image. The chap who determines these weekly themes seems to have got himself stuck in a rhyming time-warp, and for this I apologise. However, we should be thankful, I guess, that it is bats and not rats; although the latter might still be around the sepia corner. This looks like an outfit Emma Peel might have worn in The Avengers, the theme of my post on “Unusual Sixties TV Shows”
Also a bit off the plate (home that is) but looking for answers to the proverbial question, just who was his family? Dealing with a genealogical brick wall here, to which more than a bat is needed.
I think I have a few matches for this theme, though not connected to baseball players. Musical but not too long for a change.
