Sorry this is late - I will try and get my act together in future!
This young many looks like he needs a helping hand -- much like my grandfather Tony may have offered to survivors of a vehicular accident in 1919.
Thanks Alan, I was worried about you!
I almost gave up waiting for our Sepia Saturday pub to open this weekend. But Alan has picked a great theme that lets me match it with three photos of lads on violin.
I too was wondering about you, Alan, so was pleased to see the late prompt. I turned to family holiday snapshots with some deckchairs and knees on show.
I'm thinking this young man hasn't got a clue what the future has in store; and so I'm just continuing to explore the postcards sent by my great-aunt Gerda to her brother Gustaf. This week: Two cards sent from Paris and Rome in March 1914. (WWI lurking around the corner but still a few months away...)
Recently received a couple of photos of my dad as a boy.
