SEPIA SATURDAY 411 : 24 MARCH 2018
WEDDINGS : GARDEN PORTRAITS : BRIDE : FLOWERS
Like the other Sepia Saturday theme images for March, the theme image for Sepia Saturday 411 comes from the Flickr Commons stream of the Vancouver Public Library. This 1928 photograph of Florence Timms might put you in mind of weddings and brides, and flowers and ... whatever you can come up with. All you need do is to post your post on or around Saturday 24 March 2018 and add a link to the list below.
And whilst you are waiting for the bride to arrive, you might want to cast an eye over the themes for the next couple of weeks. And don't forget, all the theme images for April are now available.

Another seated bride, another Florence and the same decade of the 1920's.
She looks so sad......
Anyone else have a dress with a scalloped hem? Updating a Sepia post from 2015.
Some photos from great aunts or cousins, not sure, weddings of course.
A bride for a bride (or at least I assume she is a bride) and a frown for a smile.
Perhaps summer wedding guests wore straw hats -- like those produced at the Baltimore hat factory where my Welsh immigrant great-grandfather Frank Owen worked.
To busy to find a match this weekend, so I found something amusing instead. Non-musical for a change.
Well the torrential rains let up at last, the thunder and lightning passed by overhead, our power came back on, and our server finally got us back online, so here's my post!
