I have no photographs at all of any of my family on Christmas Day, so am featuring the story of my uncle's Christmas meal in France in 1939 - a poignant wartime tale, that I first wrote about on my blog in 2011.

I love it when I can find a photo / image that fits a post neatly.

I can't participate due to a lousy cold, but I wanted to make sure to post part three of the Victorian Christmas.

Did I get overwhelmed with memories while looking for a match for the prompt and after finding the photo I used. I feel bad about not contributing for a few weeks but I've been taking writing classes and have joined a writer's group which requires at least 1000 words per week. Takes up more time than I thought it would.
