You have a choice of two for your theme image for Sepia Saturday 560: you can have the young lad on the left or the young lad on the right. You can have scholars or sailors, suits or uniforms, tall or small, smiles or frowns. And this being Sepia Saturday, you can always ignore the silly theme image chosen by chap who does this, and go with your own choice of themes. All that we ask you to do is to post an old image on or around Saturday 6th March 2021 and add a link to it on the list below. It's as simple as one and one makes two.
And talking of two, here are another two .... themes for future Sepia Saturdays for you to think about. Toodle Loo!

It is usually the girls and women in the family who get the attention for their clothes, but this time the boys are on show with their Eton Collars and Sailor Suits.
All sorts of brothers - some well-known, some not.
A very well-groomed pair. I bet they didn't stay that way for long!
Alas, I gave the photos of my sons as youngsters to them...so I no longer have the sailor suits. But I want to share an interesting autobiography of a woman who was a Texas pioneer.
Two boys on a slide.
I like Sue Scott's comment about men and women vis-a-vis their clothes.
A pair of friends who ended up brothers-in-law. But also a question: How far back did their friendship go? Can anonymous childhood photos provide the answer?
Little boys and baseball players and a somewhat popular photographer, at least here at home
I believe I have this theme covered. Twice. Musical of course.
A photo of my great grandfather Andrew "Pete" Stoutner, Jr. c. 1880 at age 5 in a double breasted two-tone, belted jacket, wool cropped pants and boots. The Stoutners are my most fashionable ancestors!
