I am away at the moment, so hopefully all the various calls for Sepia Saturday will come up as planned. This week our theme picture shows a street, some wires and a cigarette advert. Sepia Saturday players please match that! Post your posts on or around Saturday 19th January and add a link to the list below. And here are the next two theme images

Our Sepia Saturday theme image this week features a group of railway workers from Ireland in the 1950s repairing the main line to the south of Ireland after a fire and accident the previous day. The photograph is part of the Flickr Commons stream of the National Library of Ireland. As a prompt, you can follow the line wherever you want to go to, or there again you can ignore the line closure and go exactly where you want to. Just post your post on or around Saturday 12th January 2019 and add a link to the list below.
Here is a preview of our next two prompt images.

Big and small, smart and scruffy, light and dark, old and new ... contrasts are all the thing on Sepia Saturday this week. The theme photograph was taken in the early 1960s by Colman Doyle and shows the American model, Linda Ward, posing in Winetavern Street, Dublin. The photograph can be found on the Flickr stream of the National Library of Ireland.
However you decide to follow the theme image, follow it on or around Saturday 5th January 2019 and add a link to the list below. Here are the next two theme images, so you can start thinking about them in advance.
