Sepia Saturday 643 : 15 October 2022

I spent the day at the seaside the other day, forty or fifty miles further up the coast from Skegness where our theme photo was taken forty years ago. They still have stalls selling seaside rock (rock candy) and people still walk around with raincoats on to shelter them from the seaside breeze. As always, your task is to see what memories our weekly theme image evokes in you, and share those visual memories in a post which you have linked to the list below. And here are our next two theme images for you to think about in advance.

No seaside in sight in my post; but I'm going with holidays, wheels, and need to stop for some refreshment... Sharing a letter from my grandfather to my grandmother before they were married; written on a bicycle trip with her brother.

Stonehenge. Old photos of it. Some wheeled vehicles also in these photos.

I'm not even close to any theme this weekend. Instead I have more humorous postcard art. Non-musical for a change.
