NEW YORK PUBLIC LIBRARY - HALLOWE'EN GREETING CARD
"Tis Hallowe'en and I'm here again". Well, actually, I'm not, I'm off on holiday. But my spirit lives on and is happy to provide you with this week's prompt image, Do with it as you will, but post your post on or around the 4th November 2017.

Here are the next two prompts, which - if the system is working well - will automatically be posted at the relevant point of time.

And if they do not, I will personally give them a big poke with the business end of my broomstick to get them out there! (Marilyn)

Being that it is actually Halloween today (at least here in the U.S.) I decided to post my entry early so as to be timely. That also means I won't have to worry about getting my post posted, and can then concentrate on passing out candy to the 300 trick-or-treaters coming round our door this evening! (Whew! But fun.)

Very different Halloween memories from me - but I do like to see Pumpkins!

Fun for kids or a religious holy day?

Perhaps my grandmother Liz Stoutner sold Halloween costumes in the 1920s when she worked at the Boston Store.

I've got nothing that matches this weekend's theme, so it's back to another installment of Xylophon Kinder.
