Fellow Sepians, I have deduced that our esteemed blog master is relaxing on a gondola in Venice. Check out Alan's twitter feed on < https://alanburnett.com/ >.
I'm very grateful that he's kept the Sepia Saturday pub doors unlocked, and I look forward to reading all about his late summer holiday and admiring his fine sepia photos of Italian culture.
Since I don't twit(er) I missed the good Alan is out enjoying Venice! Thanks Mike! My post today is some photos from the internet, focus maybe on materials used to build houses. Other things too.
Nice to be back here after a busy summer away from my computer and blog (sometimes we DO need a break :-). Continuing my series on the 1950 US census, this time focusing on my paternal ancestors/relatives.
I found some clues in my grandmother Sally's photo albums that helped me also identify some more of the photos in the album that belonged to her sister Gerda. Pram included! ;)
