Our Sepia Saturday trawl through the alphabet is nearing its end, so to take us into the last four or so letters we have a little music, played rather suitably, on the violin. You don't need to play the violin, of course, the way Sepia Saturday themes work is that you can play the vacuum cleaner, the vaudeville stage, or even the vegetable stew if you so wish. All you need to do is to stay within the rules of Sepia Saturday, and, as we lost the rule book in Week 2 back in 2009, you can interpret that as you will. Just post your post on or around Saturday 23 January 2021 and add a link to the list below.
Waterfalls and X rays are just around the corner, variety (there's another v for you) is not only the spice of life but the life-blood of Sepia Saturday.

ReplyDeleteI can not express how excited I am to present a story in response to this weekend's theme. This time I can truly say I have THE perfect match! Thank you, Alan for choosing this particular violinist. It's motivated me to write a longer story on a great artist whose photos are in my collection. And it's such a BIG story that I've turned it into a two part series. Musical, of course.
ReplyDeleteThere is a violin in the photograph but the story really relates to the Zither for this all-male group of musicians.
