This is what my dog Lucy dreams of. Mum and Dad going on holiday in a little house on wheels so that she can come along as well and join in all the fun. And by the time you read this, we will indeed be away on holiday. But no little house on wheels, and (let's not tell her just yet), no Lucy. We will be in a nice cosy house and she will be in some nice cosy kennels. Such is life, and such is this week's Sepia Saturday theme image. As usual, just post your post on or around Saturday 24th June and link your post to the list below.
Wouldn't we all be surprised to find it is a photo backdrop? Drop my https://familyresearchandme.blogspot.com for a glimpse at our Lucy. And let me know in the comments of any other genealogical link parties. Thanks.
A little late but still the weekend, which is a fine time to go camping if you can't manage any more time away. A bit cool for it at this time of year in Australia though - looking forward to warmer weather!
Oh, I’m first. I must have been in a hurry to board the caravan and get away!
ReplyDeleteSmall cozy places - on wheels, on water, or swinging (or not)
ReplyDeleteSome times out of doors, great memories. Frustrated blogger!
ReplyDeleteAre you Gypsy? Bringing back a 2013 caravan post.
ReplyDeleteI've got wagons and animals too, kind of.
ReplyDeleteFolding chairs for me - and look at ol' Mister Mike jumping in on Friday.

I feel sorry for Lucy. I just realized today that the little house in the background is actually a wagon.

ReplyDeleteNot a camping fan but this couple, so elegant, makes it look good!
