A Victorian Carte de Visite this week from the famous Hebden Bridge studio of C Westerman. There is something very engaging about this face along with its Mona Lisa like smile. Faces of all kind - pleasing or non-pleasing, old or older, sepia or shining colour - are all welcome on Sepia Saturday. Sepia Saturday 48 will take place on or around Saturday 6th November 2010. Just post it, link it and visit it. Easy peasy.
She has piercing eyes and an air of intelligence. I think I would like her.
ReplyDeleteFirst time visiting and posting. Glad to join the Sepia Saturday gang. Grace
ReplyDeleteThat really is a lovely photo! I've got a young girl myself, with some tacky foliage beside her. I hope you'll come visit!

ReplyDeleteHebden Bridge! I love Hebden Bridge - and they have a great bookshop with a very good poetry section. Plus it's right up the road from Heptonstall (Plath-land).
ReplyDeleteI am in and over the next few days I shall enjoy catching up on all the other Sepia Saturday entries.
ReplyDeleteI'm finally on, forgot to post my name on this site. I need a keeper.
ReplyDeleteReady with a "little" Italian history.

Amazing photo.
ReplyDeleteMy question is do the photos have to be old to play in your meme or can we enter sepia new photos?
