Sepia Saturday Week 12

Welcome to Week 12 of Sepia Saturday. Thank you to everyone who made last week such a success : we had a record number of participants and one of the best collections of images and memories we have had since we started. Sepia Saturday 12 will be Saturday 20th February and once again we are asking you to sign up if you would like to participate. Could we also remind you to include a link back to the Sepia Saturday Blog so that your readers can easily check out other Sepia Saturday entries. As an illustration for the weekly call for posts we are going to feature one of the images from the previous week. We will try and work our way around all the participating blogs over time. This weeks' illustration is from Mouse's fabulous Sepia Saturday post "My Wild Irish Rose".

I'm posting a bit early - heading out on a road trip with my mutts.

Mine's up early. I posted to my Acadianeire blog and the feed was pulled to Facebook, so I felt I had to put the post on Keepsakes to keep up.
Actually, I just couldn't wait.

Kudos to our wonderful organizers and the many new bloggers I met last week literally from around the world. Also that's great to see this project on Facebook. Talk about marketing!

you are right about how great these posts are - last week I just lost track of time reading all the neat histories that went with the pictures.
way better than the stuff on TV!

thanks for hosting!

I'm going to post a photo tonight. I don't have a lot of old photos, but will give it a try.

Alan,
This is my first time on Sepia Saturday. I have a good number of sepia pictures. However, I am so proud of Willow. She has done such an outstanding job for our family with regard to old family photos, ancestry, and history. I wish you could see her home. My oh my...she has such a beautiful collection of sepia pictures framed and displayed perfectly. Happy Sepia Saturday! :)

Thought I'd signed up last week but didn't see my name, so doing it again...I will try to post that link to Sepia Saturday on my blog, but I seem to stumble around these widgets, gidgets, gadgets... this is giving me a boost to get some of my photos and stories identified and written. I love seeing all the others' photos

I enjoyed reading everyone's Sepia offerings last week. I'm off now to catch up on this week's posts. Before I do, I have to tell folk that I started a new blog specially for these pics. It's listed on my profile.

Thanks so much for doing this and for taking the time to visit all our blogs. How do you have time for the rest of your life? You always post such nice sensitive comments, too.
